Shipping Method & Returns
We ship nationally and internationally via UPS. By default, we use UPS Ground. If you want to expedite the shipping, please select Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select from the shipping method.
For Priority Mail and Priority Express Mail, we use USPS. For USPS shipping, we typically need 1 day to schedule a Pick Up from USPS.
If you have a freight forwarder you would like to use instead, you may specify "Pick Up or Delivery" in the Shipping Estimates when you checkout.
Please note some UPS services may not be available in all countries.
Shipping is calculated at the checkout but to give you an idea of how much it will cost to ship an item to your address, please provide your zip code to view the shipping services we offer.
Shipping price range is based on a box weight and size
Shipping times are to be used as a guide only and are based on time from order.
Mai Tai cannot take responsibility for any delays to orders due to weather, customs clearance, or payment transaction delays.
Mai Tai is happy to accept returns for damaged or mis-shipped goods.
Final Sales : All sales items marked as Sale are final. Sale Items cannot be returned for exchange or refunds.
The merchandise must be unworn, unalthered, and unwashed.
Once you receive your merchandise, please check the contents immediately.
We allow 7 business days to submit your return request which may be done by email, phone, or fax (firstname.lastname@example.org phone: 213.748.5511, fax: 213.748.1511).
You may also bring goods to our showroom location for returns but please call ahead of time.
No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization and without an RA number.
We do not refund the Shipping charges.
Mai Tai is happy to accept cancellations up to the moment your order has been processed and charged.
After that, you cannot cancel your order.
If you have not yet received an email confirming the order has been processed, you may still be able to cancel it by calling 213.748.5511.
